Cancellation Policy
Late/No-Show Policy
To ensure I can provide the best service to all my clients and manage my schedule effectively, I kindly ask that you review and follow my late and no-show policy:
1. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
2. Late Arrivals:
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and it will be considered a no-show.
• If I can still fit you in, the service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time.
3. No-Show Policy:
• Missing an appointment without any notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.
I understand that life happens, and emergencies come up. If something unexpected occurs, please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to work with you.
